Paid for 9 nights. But 2 nights of them were at the airport and not at the hotel. Ofigela when they told me that they would not give a lunchbox for the tour, due to the fact that I was going on from the Anex tour. My explanations that I paid for breakfast and lunch, and they are obliged to issue a lunchbox, did not lead to anything. The hotel has an agreement with Anex tour, and if I'm not coming from Anex tour, I MUST PAY FOR LUNCHBOX. Not only did they save me 2 days of rest, they also don’t want to feed me for my money.
Although the guide from the Anex tour was smart. Always helped. And it's not his fault that management's policy is directed against customers.
