I have never met an agency more disgusting than Anekstura! I rested in Sharm in the month of April, received a lot of negative emotions. I flew in, even thought of claiming compensation for moral and material damage, but time has passed, okay, I think next time I just won’t get involved. But, at this moment, my sister decided to try her luck and today she went on a “beautiful” trip to Egypt with this operator, which she already bitterly regretted. Therefore, the past leaped up in me and I decided to express my indignation.

Briefly about your sadness. Basically, it was all three. Starting with the antediluvian Azur Air aircraft, which miraculously did not fall apart in the air, ending with the worst 5 * in my experience (I have been to Sharm 3 times, in Hurghada 5). We are talking about the Sharm Grand Plaza Resort. The food is not very good, the animation is weak, everything is poor, poor. But these are trifles. The main disaster is the guides!!! The essence of their work at 99.99%, in their opinion, is only to sell you the maximum number of their unreasonably expensive, but very cheap tours. Threats, blackmail and intimidation are indeed used. If you do not buy at least one tour, you are a vrazhina! Really! They begin to be rude, rude and ignore any requests to resolve a particular issue. I watched a picture of one of the guides yelling at an elderly woman with a good obscenity! Therefore, for myself, I decided to reduce communication with these types to absolute zero. But, alas, this did not save me from trouble.

Essence. The date and time of departure at the end of the holiday, as you know, may not correspond to the previously stated ones. And you can find out your time on the information board of the operator on the eve of the bottom of the departure after dinner. Which is what I did. I came up after dinner, the lists for tomorrow were already hanging, my flight had not changed, I was supposed to fly at 18.00, which made me very happy. In the morning at seven o'clock, I went for a run, took a shower and was already going to the beach, when the phone rang. Imagine my surprise when it turned out that the bus driver was calling, yelling into the phone that he would not wait any longer, the flight was in three hours, and this was my problem, how to get to the airport !!! I tried to explain to him that there was some kind of mistake, it was too early for me to go to the airport, but he said that I was on the list and my flight was in the morning! Running to the reception, I was horrified to see that the lists that hung at 20.00 disappeared and new ones are hanging, where a completely different flight is really indicated! Morning! It was a shock! I can't express my stress level! Anex's guides were not there. When I managed to get through to one of them, Tamerlane, I experienced another great shock! Instead of helping solve the problem, he started accusing me of lying! Like, I was warned about the change in departure time by phone and the lists were also changed on the same evening (after 21.00!!!), but I, you see, wanted to devour their “delicious” breakfast and therefore missed the bus !!!!! And more, and more, and more rudeness, lies, swearing and zero help!!! In general, all that remained for me was to rely only on myself. Run to the room, throw things into the suitcase, call a taxi and rush to the airport. I forgot something, of course, in puffs, a taxi was not cheap (I took it from the calving, so that it would be faster), and regarding breakfast, I barely had time to drink a cup of coffee at the airport (also very expensive) and buy a bottle of water. Already upon landing, it turned out that there were five families as unfortunate as me! People with children also gathered in 10 minutes and went by taxi. You see! They (the guides) don't care about anything but their stupid tours! It is elementary to convey information to tourists to them in scrap. Apologize for negligence, solve the problem, what are you talking about?!

My advice: do not trust the guides of Anekstur, do not count on them in case of force majeure, and in any other case. Not only will they not help, but they can also hurt. At least ruin your holiday.

Yes, and about my sister. She and her family have been at the hotel since morning, and Azur Air has lost their luggage somewhere between Kiev and Hurghada. It's already 23.30, and what's with the luggage is unknown. There is nothing! Moreover, in the hotel, also 5 *, there is not even soap in the bathroom! And, of course, Anex's guide says it's not his problem! Who would have doubted!
