I have never met a worse tour operator, the plane was delayed, at the airport when buying a visa they are bred at 27 instead of 25. Hotel guides swear on their knees by Allah that they only now have everything real and cheaper. If you don't follow, they threaten you with problems at the airport upon your return, or problems when you leave the hotel premises. Not guides but nits.
