We flew to Egypt with the Anex tour to the Sunrise Royal Makadi hotel. In the bus!!! we are told (and there are 12 of us) that we are being taken to Albatros palace! In the bus!!! Without warning in advance, without giving an alternative, they take you to the hotel much cheaper, with a bad beach, with a bad entry into the sea. After 2 days of fraying nerves, they moved to another hotel of the same network, but we never got to the hotel for which we paid, which took so long to choose. Part of the holiday spoiled, very upset! And so far, a week has passed, and the Anex tour continues to bring people who went to Sunrise to Albatros! Why sell tours, knowing that they will not take you ???!

Вот это они крутонули денег на тех, кто ехали в санрайз!!! Афера. Да, обидно, что не прикопаешься. Поселили в отель 5 звёзд? 5!какие претензии, ничего, что дешевле и хуже, зато они денег поимели будь здоров, как я посмотрю, учитывая сколько нас таких было...

We were warned in advance about the replacement of Sunrise Holidays with Albatros Citadel. In direct communication with the hotel before departure, we received information that no rooms were booked in our names at Albatros Citadel. We contacted Anex and the day before departure we received a letter from them that we would definitely be settled on arrival at Albatros Citadel. And upon arrival they took me to the shitty Albatros Palace. The next day, through scandals with Anex, we were moved to Citadel. But the question is, damn it, what the hell was it for us to lie, make nerves and take away the day of rest with scandals. I am in shock from this tour operator and will never use their services again !!
Нас заранее предупредили о замене Sunrise Holidays на Albatros Citadel. При непосредственной коммуникации с отелемперед вылетом получили инфо что на наши имена не бронировались в Albatros Citadel номера. Связались с Анексом и за день до вылета получили от них письмо, что нас точно заселят по прилету в Albatros Citadel. А по прилету повезли в хреновый Albatros Palace. На следующий день путем скандалов с Анексом нас переселили в Citadel. Но вопрос блин, какого фига было нам врать, делать нервы и забирать день отдыха скандалами. Я в шоке от этого туроператора и больше их услугами никогда не воспользуюсь!!

При непосредственной коммуникации с отелемперед вылетом получили инфо что на наши имена не бронировались в Albatros Citadel номера.
