in practice - a completely different tour and of poor quality.

I tried to complain during the tour - they say we don't know anything, all claims are against the hotel guide.

I complain to the hotel guide - he says: I did not promise you anything.

I complain in writing to the Anex office in Egypt - they promised to respond and as a result, zero.

I complain in Kyiv - the answer is: the service (tour) is given in full.

2. They offered to take them to stores in Hurghada for free. brought. But only to their stores, where prices are simply skyrocketing. Moreover, both guides and sellers simply put pressure on you to buy at least something.

At the request to be taken to a regular store - refusal under any pretext: dangerous, not allowed, nothing interesting.

They're just pumping out money.

Never use an anex.
