It’s unpleasant when representatives of a travel agency, if you don’t buy excursions from them, don’t want to communicate with you. It’s unpleasant when you are picked up from the hotel 3.5 hours before departure and you sit at the airport for 3 hours (because you want to save on transfers and take people with us who have 1.5 hours before departure).
