When we got to our room, we really didn't like it! We immediately asked to change the room, but our representative didn’t even try to do anything at all !!! We repeatedly approached us with a request, but Ruslan did not hear us there only in order to sell excursions that are fabulously expensive !!! And the final touch we were collected for departure at 04.10 we were not even given a pack of cookies on the road !! No water, no juice! We have all inclusive!!!!! Why should I run and ask someone for something !!!! What a service this is! And I felt bad at the Dalaman airport, we had a plane at 9.00 !!!! That's why representatives of tour operators are sitting there !!! Just rudeness!!!! And humiliation!!!
