To put it mildly, I was dissatisfied with the service at the agency. Immediately the moment was that they made a mistake twice in the price, and I had to pay extra twice. They moved the flight to Egypt 3 hours earlier, which I didn’t expect in principle initially, everything was in order back. Such nuances are thrown out of balance.
