I believe that the agency has a high quality of customer service, since two weeks before departure I sent money, and then I arrived in Kyiv, took the documents and flew away. Everything was just fine, and the flight, and there they met, in general, everything is charming and, most importantly, that it was on time both there and back. The tours were also good. We took a boat trip with a dive, and also went to the desert to ride. Everything was very interesting.
