A complete understanding of the client in this agency. They tried to pick up, choose a good option. I will contact them again. Our flights were not postponed, everything was on time and normal. Tours were offered to us and we took advantage of them. We liked. The only thing is that because of these excursions we were left without lunch and without dinner. We just didn't make it. We were brought later and people went on excursions who did not pay and they waited under the hotels until they took the money. As a result, I was left without dinner with two children, it was not very pleasant.
