I applied to Anex tour several times. Even used several offices, and each differs in service. I didn't like the agency at Bereznyaki at all. They helped me with my request. I was about to go on a sightseeing tour called "Austrian Weekend: Vienna Capital of Luxury". But my journey never happened. The required number of tourists did not accumulate and the tour operator canceled our tour. Although the managers made sure that I was well and I was pleased. But they need to respond a little faster to tourist requests.
