No negative moments. I chose the hotel and the tour on their website, contacted the managers, arrived, paid, picked up the documents before departure. Everything is clear, fast, gentle, with care for the client and attention to detail (as from pre-filled migration cards, so at the airport in Sharm el-Sheikh, we were the first to pass control).
Given that I flew to the office like this "I want to fly in a week", the work of managers can be rated at 11 out of 10.
