I am very pleased with the choice of the company and the hotel. I found a travel agency on the Internet, immediately drew attention to the excellent knowledge of Egypt, in particular the hotels of Hurghada, since we go there with my family for about 7 years every year, we try to choose hotels each time different, but always of a good level. This year, with such a course, it is not particularly possible to accelerate, so we settled on steigenberger, which is aqua magic, it is cheaper than al dau and more fun for children. The girls immediately warned that the rooms are standard, but they don’t advise even the cheapest ones, since there is no repair, there are no balconies, the view may fall on a construction site - a concamp in a word. But for the money I didn’t get anything better, since the surcharge was very decent. The girls got into a position and promised to do everything possible to negotiate with the hotel about the best accommodation. And what was my surprise when, upon arrival, we were settled in a higher category with a balcony and a beautiful view without any additional payments, that is, free of charge. To say that it's nice is to say nothing. I’m already silent about calls from the agency before departure with wishes for a good rest, after arrival, they called to find out how we had a rest, etc.. Somehow everything worked out so well that perhaps it was one of my best vacations and agencies. I am grateful to the girls for their help and choosing a hotel. I will refer further.
