The travel agency is geographically close. The downside is that boarding tickets for the return trip need to be registered on-line yourself, it's not difficult, but they have such rules, and WiFi is not very good at the hotel, the connection is poor, a little inconvenience. Well, in general, everything is fine. It would be better if the return tickets were with us, there would be no problems.
