Yesterday we returned from the Armonia 5 * hotel in Bodrum, Turkey.
The day before departure, I approached the Russian-speaking guide at this hotel, the name is Maria. I asked what time it would be possible to see information about the departure. This was my only question. I asked just to name the time when I can come and see this information myself. To which Maria began to be rude to me, telling me to call the hotline and find out everything myself. She doesn't have to answer me. so that I can get away from her. As a result, she simply turned around in front of me and began to leave, rude further. My husband and I were simply in shock, my two children and I were at a loss ... This is the face of the Coral company, which should help us in our matters. Are you kidding me????
The seller of the leather store approached me, and the guide of another company was nearby, and they simply reassured me and answered that after 18:00 there would be information. In one minute, this is the answer. Was it so hard for Mary to say? I have to listen to 10 minutes of rudeness and rudeness for buying a tour from Coral?
I will leave this review everywhere. I ask you to take all measures to this guide, because this is the first time I see it! I won't be flying with Coral again. I understand that we did not buy excursions, but we have 2 small children, we did not need it. but that's no reason to do so.
