In the contract, which was signed by Volkov Maxim Alexandrovich, in paragraph 4. 8 it is stated that it is possible to cancel charter flights and related changes in the duration of the tour. And also clause 6. 8, which states that the cost of travel services agreed in the Agreement may be changed after confirmation of the ordered services by the TOUR OPERATOR, due to significant changes in the circumstances provided for in Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism". Significant changes in circumstances include: change in the timing of the tourist trip. The TPG operator, like other operators, does not agree with us (Travel Agents, Tour Subagents) any changes in the charter program, but only puts us before the fact. We are obliged to notify the Tourists about this. In your case, the operator offered several options: - rescheduling the tour to other dates while maintaining the cost - increasing the duration of the tour by 1 night with an additional charge - reducing the duration by a day with a refund of the difference per night The cost of a day at the hotel may vary depending on the dates.
