Today, September 19, 2013, after work, my friend and I decided to think about the upcoming vacation and, in a positive mood, turned to Coral Travel to organize our vacation. This travel agency is located in the Global City shopping center on the street. Kirovogradskaya, 14.
From our positive attitude, having come to the travel agency, there was absolutely NOTHING left!
We asked what they could offer us for the 2nd half of October. The manager listed the following countries: Thailand, Inlia, Vietnam, Cuba, Dominican Republic, etc. To which I replied that it was not the season at this time, it was raining. Then I asked about a vacation in Europe, whether there were vouchers to Europe, in particular to Italy for shopping, and here, unexpectedly, during my conversation with the manager, the gene got in. the director of this agency looked at me disdainfully and said indignantly: "It's cool in Europe at this time!", to which I replied: "I'm interested in shopping in the first place."
And it turned out that this agency does not work with Italy! Frustrated, I turned to a friend who was sitting at a nearby table with another manager and said: "There is nothing for me here!"
AND HERE THE MOST INTERESTING STARTED!
The general manager started yelling at all the agencies, what right do I have to peck at her agency, saying that there is nothing here! We did not understand what was happening and how you can talk to customers like that! Then some incomprehensible cry continued that I was mocking the manager. How???
On the ongoing lawlessness, I asked for a book of complaints, Gen. the director laughed and said: "To whom will you write a complaint? Write to me and me? Ridiculous!". Nevertheless, she gave me a book of complaints, it turned out that the gene. Director, my complaint is far from the first!
While I was writing a complaint, she approached my friend and started telling us that she would file a libel report with the police!
She said that she was a lawyer, and this situation was not the first, her clients had already begged her to take the statement from the police!
In addition, she said that she does not consider us her clients, when we sign the contract, then yes, we are clients. Well, thank you, we will definitely never be customers of such an institution! And I advise you never to contact Coral Travel. Also, the 2nd half of the conversation was recorded on a voice recorder!
How can such a large international company lose its reputation because of the wrong staff?!
