We went on the "Classic Italy" tour with the DSBW tour (hosted by De luxe Travel). "Unforgettable" impressions began from the first day, when our accompanying Anastasia simply left her tourists on the very first, so-called, excursion to San Marino .... in a foreign country, only from an airplane, without a map !!!! I don't wish anyone! No country treats its fellow citizens so indifferently and boorishly!!! But the horrors of the journey did not end there...!!!! Having reached the hotel with grief in half, we settled. The next morning it turned out that the bus had left without us again, only now it was already Rome, and therefore other distances and money ..... We reported all this to Moscow by hot phone, we were told to get on our own, and that the cost our road will be reimbursed to us .... How !!!!! DSBW does not respond to the provided tickets and the request to compensate for the damage, apparently, they do not have time to deal with all the dissatisfied tourists .....!!!
The most interesting thing is that later, when talking with Anastasia, her indifference to the depths of her soul was simply shocked by what she saw, understood that there were no tourists, and consciously left !!! Such a rhetorical question: will a travel agency that imports one number of tourists, but takes out a few less people, be deprived of its license?!?! Apparently, Anastasia was not particularly worried about that question .... By the way, there were two questions that really interested her: to feed and merchandise tourists in the RIGHT places ... this is against the background of her absolute lack of professionalism, ignorance of information, language !!!! (neither English nor Italian), quarrels on the bus, late excursions due to a misunderstanding with the driver, a crumpled program and daily alcoholism, it looked harmless .... I don’t really want to write about hotels .... no hot water, no heating , it’s not worth talking about breakfast at all (it was possible not to take IT at all)!
TOTAL: forever discouraged the desire to go on this kind of tours, I will NEVER use the services of DSBW again and I heartily recommend to all my friends to bypass DSBW per kilometer. The obligations under the contract were not fulfilled, the New Year's tour was disrupted, tourists are scattered to the right and left, they do not need them.
