In February 2015, we traveled to Tenerife through the agency "Continent DSBV TOUR" (contract No. ETN5022001 of 01/27/2015). Wanted to relax only in the APARTMENTS. A separate story - how they were booked for us! Manager Kolchina booked them for 10 days!!!
But upon arrival in Tenerife, we were accommodated in a HOTEL, also with a one-time meal (breakfast only). Therefore, we had to eat in restaurants and cafes, for which more money was spent than we planned for a holiday in an apartment.
We called the agency, wrote an e-mail to Marina Kolchina and Rinat Bederdinov (head of the Spanish department) with a request to relocate us to apartments, but nothing was achieved.
I was very upset by the disregard for us - CUSTOMERS! For some reason, the agency, having received money from us, did not fulfill its obligations to us.
We wrote a Claim to the agency in the name of the General Director Balakirev O.V.
, but after 10 days (as it should be by law) did not receive any response from the agency! Another proof that they don't care about us!
