Holidays in Paris with DSBW turned out to be uncomfortable due to the following points:

1. DSBW did not warn us in advance about replacing the Royal Mansart hotel with Rex Comprador, and when we arrived at the hotel paid for by the tour, we also had to ride around Paris with suitcases in search of another hotel, and even at our own expense (the hotel refused to pay for our moving). On the same day, we reported this to DSBW, but we were told that the Rex hotel is better, after 2 days we returned to the Royal, so it’s just strikingly different for the better and we chose and paid for it (it’s clean and with more less new plumbing), that is, the first 2 days we just lived "in the trash." But there is a clause in the contract about replacing the hotel with a hotel of the same category, so this is our problem.

Because we did not order a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back from DSBW, for us this was the first unpleasant surprise.

The host party, represented by UTA, confirmed its status as a worthless host party, only by stating this fact and signing complete inaction. And telling us on the phone that they are only responsible for excursions.

2. The day before departure, we asked the manager (DSBW) Jeanne to order us a taxi to the airport (we ourselves do not speak English well), but it never came for us. Thanks to the hotel reception for help in arranging the transfer.

The conclusions are sad: DSBW simply needs to change the host until they lose their last loyal customers or take a direct part in solving the problems of tourists. We do not speak English well and only because of this we bought a tour through an agency, hoping that we would not be abandoned and left to ourselves, but it turned out that way.
