I have already contacted this tour agency three times, all three I worked with the agent Lida, a wonderful, competent, very sensitive and attentive person. The first time it was very scary to fly, corny I could not choose a hotel! I trusted Lida, everything is just fire, there are no other words. I liked it so much that a month later they flew again, this year as soon as the borders were opened, they just ran to it, and again everything is perfect. This time she guessed so well with the hotel that I am really delighted. Everything was perfect, hotel, flight, transfer. I am sure that we will fly again this year, and I am sure that I will contact this company again.
