Unfortunately, in Lviv, they only have 1 person working on the Egypt route, who, to put it mildly, is not very communicative. When she was on vacation (when she went on vacation, she did not inform us and forgot to tell someone, and we were waiting for cooperation and offers, and no one knew about us until we visited their office on our own), they gave her a replacement - it was a pleasure to work with her. In a short hour, we contacted them again and had to work with Iryna again. We chose the hotel ourselves, we caught the price ourselves every day, there was no support during the trip, no contact or getting to the place. We are extremely dissatisfied and are forced to change the agency.
