We chose a travel agency for tours that are on vacation. We picked up a nice hotel in Crete with a studio room as we wanted. Holidays are not chosen cheap, so we approached the selection of the agency seriously. We drove there. Everyone told us about the hotel, about the flight, booked a tour. Visa documents were also brought there. They gave me a visa without any problems. Documents for the trip were taken away from a few days and flew away. The hotel responded to what the manager said. In a word, Managers are also competent, they give info in time. Several times after they bought the tour, they called and had a couple of questions about the hotel. The manager clarified everything, told ... In a word, we were satisfied ... Now I recommend her to friends and relatives.
