Previously, for more than 5 years, it was serviced by Rostour in Moscow at the Kultury Park. These guys have never let me down. It is immediately clear that they care about the reputation of a large network. Now I live in Kaliningrad and came, of course, to Rostour. I went with them on a bus tour to Prague in March 2017. I liked everything - the quality of the tour is just super! Just returned from Cyprus. I trusted the opinion of the guys and did not lose with the hotel. We rested in the GrandResort - just super. Tour operator ISC is a worthy company for 5 points. They even agreed to put us in a room with a sea view for free. Good people - good feedback! Thanks to all Rosstour, and especially Elena.
