In short - do not go anywhere with them and never! Guys are unrealistically freaked out! I travel a lot, I had experience with both agencies and operators (both positive and not so good). In recent years, I organize everything for myself. But here I wanted diversity, so to speak, to have an active holiday, but at the same time: a) everything was thought out for me and b) there were cool people to chat and unwind. I must say right away that I received point b). But as for the organization - it's just tin! And the way they deal with dissatisfied customers is even worse. I will make a reservation that we understood that we were risking, because the agreement between the Ukrainian company and us, Belarusians, means that we will not prove anything to anyone. We said goodbye to money a long time ago. They refused to negotiate, saying that all changes in the program and hotels were agreed with us and that we confirmed our agreement. When asked when it was and how it happened that no one remembers it, the answer never came. Therefore, I really want no one else to fall for the beautiful words and pictures of this office. Everyone in the group was extremely dissatisfied!

Hello Victoria! As the tour leader of this trip, I can not leave your review unanswered. I'll start in order, with the cost of the tour: for you it was not 1300, but 1170 euros, including a personal discount. The following options were included in the price:
1. Domestic flights Lisbon-Funchal-Lisbon.
2. Accommodation in hotels (9 nights, 10 days).
3. Absolutely all excursions according to the program: - Walking tour of Lisbon. - Introduction to Madeira with a local guide.
4. Activities according to the program: - canyoning with an instructor in Ribeira das Cales. - trekking with a local guide along the levadas of 25 Fountains. - cruise from to the island of Porto Santo with a rest on the beach. - visiting the lava pools in Porto Moniz. - trekking on the mountain peaks Pico do Arieiro- Pico Riuvo- Achada do Teixeira all - with an accompanying group.
5. All entrance tickets for the routes (cable car ride, Monte Gardens, lava pools, port wine tasting at the factory, Columbus Museum).
6. Breakfasts and snack boxes along the trekking routes.

Absolutely all transfers according to the program (airport-hotel Lisbon, Hotel Lisbon-airport, Funchal airport-hotel, excursion to the fishing village of Camara de Lobos, Cape Girau Cape and back to Funchal (Monte Gardens), transfer to the Ribeira das Cales canyon and back, transfer to the port for the ferry on Porto Santo island and back, transfer to trekking on the levadas and back, transfer to Funchal - Porto Moniz - Funchal, transfer Funchal - Pico do Arieiro and back, transfer Funchal - airport). The program was fully implemented and the attendance of excursions and activities by you was 100%. I hope now it will be easier for you to realistically assess the cost of the services provided.
As for the difficulties of going through activities, everything is very individual here, but we always adhere to the standards for conducting such expeditions. And we are very sorry that the expedition format of the trip was not understood by you.
We do not provide package tours, but adventure tours, in which we show the best places in the country, including various activities and, of course, rationally alternate them with rest days: for example, after canyoning there was a rest day on the golden beach of Porto Santo, and after trekking on the levadas there was a rest day in lava pools. At the end of the trekking on the mountain peaks, we offered a free day to relax on the ocean. You were familiar with this program before your trip to Madeira. As for hotels, the replacement in the program is possible if the category of the hotel is not lower than that specified in the program. In Funchal, the hotel provided rooms with different conditions for the group members, as a result of which, after the first night, the hotel was changed for the entire group (!). The hotel has been replaced by a comfortable villa with a private pool and apartments in an exclusive area of Funchal.
I consider this a worthy compensation for the inconveniences that did not depend on us. In conclusion, I would like to add that our main goal is to make traveling around the world accessible, to include maximum activities in them, because this is what makes a trip a real adventure! With uv. Natalia

Что касается сложностей прохождения активностей, здесь все очень индивидуально, но мы всегда придерживаемся стандартов проведения таких экспедиций. И нам очень жаль, что экспедиционный формат путешествия был вами не понят. Мы предоставляем не пакетные, а приключеческие туры, в которых показываем лучшие места страны, включая различные активности и естественно, рационально чередуем их с днями отдыха: например, после каньонинга был день отдыха на золотом пляже Порту Санту, а после трекинга по левадам был день отдыха в лавовых бассейнах. В конце трекинга по горным вершинам мы предложили свободный день для отдыха на океане. С этой программой вы были знакомы до поездки на Мадейру. Что касается отелей, то замена в программе возможна, если категория отеля не ниже указанной по программе. В Фуншале отель предоставил номера для с различными условиями для участников группы, в результате чего после первой же ночи была произведена замена отеля для всей группы(!). Отель был заменен на комфортабельную виллу с собственным бассейном и апартаменты в элитном районе Фуншала. Считаю это достойной компенсацией за неудобства, которые от нас не зависели. В завершении, хотела бы добавить, что наша главная цель – делать путешествия по миру доступными, включать в них максимум активностей, ведь это и делает поездку настоящим приключением! С ув. Наталия
