The organization of the tour is rotten, the buses with hard seats are rotten

I do not recommend this tour operator. In our opinion, the boat accompanying the tour is not qualified. When we arrived late at the hotel, without finishing our dinner, we simply said that there was a restaurant in the hotel every day, although this turned out to be completely untrue, and other tourists from a different group were deprived of their evening, but not us. That's why the child went hungry. The organization of excursions is rotten, they drag on for an hour, selling additional optional excursions, thereby annoying buyers of sightseeing excursions for more than an hour to walk independently at the spot, which drags on the hour of turning back Gothel. When turning back, you try to save money on toll roads, travel by cost-free bypass roads, which means you will have to spend an hour traveling when turning to Ukraine, wanting to drive to Italy itself faster, on shorter roads. The buses we had were old, with fragile and hard seats. There is no escort to the hotels, tourists are forced to sit far from the hotel, so that they themselves can walk to the next point with the bags.
