I've been going to St. Petersburg for whites for a long time. The choice of the tour operator was predetermined by the transformer bus. Let's start with him. The bus itself is uncomfortable - there is nowhere to put your feet, there are no steps and tables, apparently because it unfolds, if the front seat is unfolded, then there is no place at all. And, the most interesting: it unfolds "only at night, on permitted sections of the road." In the first case it was for three hours, in the second for five. At 4 in the morning everyone is lifted up, the interior is being folded.

2. I understand that this claim is not directly against the operator, BUT! This is not the first time you have taken people along this route. Is it really impossible to find gas stations with operating NORMAL toilets. It was either one toilet with a washbasin inside the cabin (which is 45 people!) or wooden houses with the appropriate aroma. To wash or at least wash your hands was out of the question. On the way back, everyone used the "alternative" green spaces. In general, justify .... whether the whole of Russia

3. Staying at a hotel on our trip is definitely better than a hostel. Although in all the rooms there was a smell of some kind of DUST, even open windows did not save us. Advice - do not save on accommodation, especially since the hotel also has two meals a day, quite decent, food

4. Drivers are gloomy and taciturn. All the way we stopped by somewhere to buy some missing part. To help get the suitcase out of the question. The transformation mechanism of the bus, in my opinion, was seen for the first time - it took a very long time to assemble.

5. Guide in St. Petersburg Nastya. A nightmare! I could not imagine that one could talk about this city so uninterestingly and tediously. Yes, she remembers the numbers well (although no one checked it)). All information from the site is "what to see in St. Petersburg." At the same time, the information sometimes seemed to be read right on the go, with a "freeze" for several minutes. And since She led ALL the excursions without exception, then in the end it was not even funny to correct her mistakes. To questions "off topic" they received answers that did not correspond to reality - then they themselves searched on the Internet. Mystical Peter was a disastrous excursion in advance - under its not at all exciting mumbling. NOTHING. The current prices and opening hours of museums were found out on the go, not always coinciding with reality.

5. The question arises - who made the tour program? Why was it necessary to cram so many excursions into the package? And SO from companirovat?! As a result: we spend half a day in traffic jams on a trip to Pavlovsk, we practically do not have time there, and the next day we go THERE (a few kilometers away) to Pushkino. As a result, neither one nor the other looked normal. Tip - do not take a seemingly profitable excursion package, but take a basic one and manage your time and a set of excursions yourself. Because free time, just to run to the grocery store on the way back and WHITE NIGHT!)

P.S. A huge "plus" of the trip is the accompanying Elena! But it has nothing to do with the travel agency directly.
