We returned from Israel, traveled through the Isralux tour company. What can I say about Israel - the country delighted, I think it's unnecessary to write something about it, it's better to see it all with my own eyes. I want to share my impressions about the tour company.
Our problems started immediately after paying for the tour. If BEFORE paying the manager Alina still showed some interest, then after - judge for yourself. Firstly, she did not consider it necessary to notify that the funds had been credited to the company's settlement account. She explained this by the fact that apparently her letter "went into spam" - this explanation will then come through in all her written and oral stories several times. She apparently does not know that the letter “gone to spam” can be viewed in any case, since these letters are stored on the server with a special mark. After clarifying the issue of payment, I asked to send me a package of documents by mail. Quietly and quietly waited a week. No answer, no hello.
The thought of the firm "horns and hooves" began to creep in. I wrote a letter demanding to send a package of documents, the second letter .. silence in response .. I want to clarify right away that I am not in St. Petersburg, and I called the number in Yekaterinburg, since this city is listed on their website, but representative offices, as it turned out, no.
After a few emails, I call. Manager Alina again explains to me that now my letters have “gone to spam” and she does not see them. He promises to send me the documents in the near future (it was 08/18/2012). 08/22/2012 she finally sends the contract, over which, I, not a lawyer, laughed for about five minutes. The amount of the contract is incorrect, it is not indicated in words, for some reason the international passport is indicated in the contract, the date was also very impressive - November 2011. About insurance - generally silence, although we paid for insurance. For a week I fought with her so that she would send me all the documents.
It even got to the point that she asked me what documents the company should provide me when I buy a tour from them. I got the impression that Isralux did me the incredible honor of accepting funds from me and organizing a tour to Israel. The initial mood for the trip, as you know, was spoiled. I have never met a more unprofessional manager.
We arrive at the airport - no meeting. For forty minutes I ran around the fountain in search of a man with an Isralux sign. The phones didn’t work for us - I managed to find out about cellular communication tariffs, went to study ATMs in order to withdraw cash - but for some reason they turned out to be in Hebrew - you yourself understand - a very common language in Russia to study The tension grew.
When I was returning from the 58th lap around the airport - finally the driver arrived - let me go .
The driver drove to the hotel, familiarized with the basic rules along the way, settled in the hotel.
The receiving party turned out to be (by my standards and in comparison with the sending party) just on top. I liked the excursions from Isralux, a group of up to 20 people was recruited, the guides tell everything very interestingly (I especially liked the excursions with Misha and Marina). In general, the impressions from the excursions are the most positive and, most importantly, informative.
On the way to the Dead Sea, it turned out that we had not paid for lunch (naturally, none of the sending side said anything about this). Paid extra. I decided to call Ruslana (the local representative of the tour operator) about this. It turned out that the dinner was paid for, but this was not indicated in the documents prepared by the sending party. Tell me, am I picking on Alina? Nothing like this.
Then I decided to ask about gifts, since we bought TWO Go Israel tours, then according to the assurances of the same manager Alina, as well as according to the information on the site, we were supposed to receive gifts - a set of cosmetics. About any gifts in the voucher was not written, of course, no one was going to give them to us. The money for lunch was returned to us, which is good. Only ONE gift was given, my companion was offended to the depths of the soul, but I no longer wanted to contact the representatives of this company, I was tired of them, or rather, of the super professional Alina.
We were taken back to the airport without any problems, although I still made sure and called Ruslana in the morning, reminding her that we had a flight.
Summing up, I want to say: will I go to Israel again - if possible - definitely. Will I apply to Isralux on this issue - I doubt very much, only if on excursions.
But this can be done directly from the hotel (there are advertising booklets of this company)
