I chose a travel agency based on reviews on the Internet and realized that they write about all travel agencies both badly and well. I chose itour (update) because I had seen their site for a long time and I liked it.

Managers are nice girls. Everything was quickly arranged (although we ourselves chose the hotel where we want when and what). Provisions for Cyprus were also made without problems, insurance tickets and everything that was supposed to. First, they paid 30% of the tour cost, waited 2 days for the hotel to confirm the reservation, and paid for everything else (2 weeks before departure). I was very lucky that just when I came to pay the remaining amount, they had already completed all the documents and had already opened the reservation of seats on the plane, so I already had all the documents on hand 2 weeks before departure (by the way, I will say that in 95 % documents are given per day in any travel agency) - somehow live more calmly like that. On the eve of departure, they called Pulkovo, found out the departure time and that's it. On the road.

The airline (transaero) is quite decent, polite, satisfying, tasty, on time - no complaints!

The host (Biblio Globe) is also excellent, on time, informative, always in touch, a representative appeared every day at the hotel and you could contact if anything.

My wife got sick there, they called a doctor through Moscow on insurance, a local doctor arrived after 3 hours with an interpreter, quickly diagnosed, prescribed pills and everything was OK. Cured in 3 days ;)

In general, I was lucky, everything was EXCELLENT. I hope next time iTOUR will work as well!!!
