They answered everything quickly. But the hotel that we were advised was not very good. Plus, upon arrival we were not met, we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up. In another city, it was absolutely scary to stay in the middle of the night and not know whether they would take us away or not. It’s good that there was another man with us who was traveling through this company, where his friend worked. Because of his indignation, they quickly organized a transfer for us and took it away without any problems. It was all on the way back. When we arrived on vacation, everything was fine. Tours were offered to us and we took advantage, but then it turned out that it is much more expensive than even other operators, very unpleasant.
