Bought a tour 2 months before departure. A week later, they clarified whether nothing had changed. We bought train tickets in both directions ... We received the documents in 2 days, and then it turns out that the airport has changed from Zhulyan to Boryspil and the departure time there from 15 to 17 hours, and back from 7 pm to 7 am. Thus "stole" half the night and half a day of rest. I also had to change train tickets. Those who have not flown for the first time say that JoinUP does this very often. The agent at the hotel appeared 1 time, on the second day after the settlement, offered excursions and a SIM card for the Internet at a triple price (if necessary, buy a SIM card immediately at the airport). Excursions are more or less normal to Luxor and Cairo, the guides tell a very interesting story, but if a large group does not have time to look around normally, they push, then wait until everyone gathers. Sightseeing and shopping offer only the same shops - expensive leather, oil and souvenirs. I advise you to take excursions from local guides, for which there are good reviews on the Internet, having gathered a group of 2-4 people. There are no complaints about the hotel, but this will be another review. But next time I will not contact JoinUP.
