We flew to Egypt with the Join Up operator. We were a little worried, because. Never heard of this carrier before. But the fears were in vain. We were met, settled, even a guide appeared at the hotel. When they left, the flight was delayed for 6 hours, because. the plane was late from a previous flight. But Join Up warned us about this the night before (they called the number) and thanks to this delay, we still spent the whole day on the beach. So we are grateful for both the delay and the timely warning.
