We bought a tour to Cyprus from Join Up (through an intermediary travel agency) - excellent! The price was lower than that of other MOTs, therefore, despite the many negative reviews, they took a chance.
We paid on 09.06, a couple of days later we received promo visas, vouchers and an information sheet by email, and on 16.06 we sent air tickets.
They fly with UIA, everything is standard. Departed on 20.06. We were met at the airport, taken to the bus, quickly taken and immediately settled (this, however, is the merit of the hotel).
Representatives of the operator regularly appeared, excursions were not imposed, questions were answered.
As an active tourist, I take note of the Joins and boldly recommend it.
