We liked the work of the travel agency. The flight was postponed by only an hour, we were warned about it a day before. In Egypt, we were immediately met by a representative, taken to the hotel, helped fill out the paperwork, said that today we were meeting with the hotel guide, attendance is required. We, as responsible people, arrived, waited for 2 hours, even called the hotline of the travel agency! The guide never showed up! In the evening at 22.30 he called us to the room, claiming that we did not come to the meeting! Not only is the time for calls already long gone, people actually have a rest! so also such a pressure from him and very unpleasant speeches! The guide spoiled our nerves and the sediment remained. Change guide! You can't talk to tourists like that!
