Flights are constantly rescheduled, they do not inform about it in advance, they check into another (not booked) hotel. They report this only upon check-in. They don’t answer calls, they don’t deal with complaints. You feel insecure in another country. Managers are not even interested in your opinion. Disregard for customers. I will never go there again.
