As for the trip from Kyiv, we did not have an accompanying guide on the bus, she did not go to work or something like that, some stops were announced to us by the driver, and when we arrived at the hotel, we didn’t know where to go, what to do, who to wait for, and in general no one really told us anything. Regarding the return transfer, we were told different information in general, the ticket indicated one time, the reception said another, and the driver who picked us up - the third. There was no one to ask questions, because we did not have an escort. I didn't like it, of course. In addition, on the way back, we had a guide from a nearby bus.
