We ourselves chose the hotel on the site, but when we came to the agency to advise us and help us choose, they answered that all the hotels were good. But we chose 3-4 hours on the Vacation site and were guided by the reviews on the site and their assessment, and after that we came with a ready-made hotel. The manager was lost in the price, which we actually saw in other agencies, we were looking for a flight for a long time, forming the price for a very long time. We didn’t have any transfers, but there was a delay when we flew away from vacation for 2 hours somewhere, but everything was ok with the transfer. Excursions we used not from the hotel guide.
