The trip and vacation in Sharm El Sheikh with the "Join Ap" company, contrary to expectations (as I read "good" reviews), went perfectly. My husband and I have no complaints about this tour operator. Although they were terribly worried, everywhere they only wrote that do not contact this operator, I even wanted to terminate the contract, but since the termination penalty is almost equal to the cost of the tour, I had to abandon this idea. And we didn't regret it. The meeting and settlement went off with a bang, and very quickly and as comfortably as possible, the guide took the vouchers and agreed on everything at the hotel, we just had to give the passports. The room was great at no extra cost. Excursions also went well, Russian-speaking guide and comfortable bus. When departing, we had a big flight delay, but all the tourists of this flight were transferred from several hotels to another hotel closer to the airport, all-inclusive bracelets were issued so that we could spend time comfortably before departure, and not sit at the airport for 9 hours . The plane was at 6 am. At 2-30 we were awakened, breakfast was organized for us at this early time, although we had vouchers from 20.11. 13 to 27. 11. 13, and we flew out on 28. 11. 13. And safely delivered to the airport! For some reason, people do not write if everything is fine, but if something is wrong, a lot of negativity. We were also dissatisfied and indignant that they did not leave us in the hotel where we rested, there were tantrums that they would never go with this operator again, but only with Teztur, not remembering that the prices there for the same hotel were 200- $300 more. I was vacationing in Bulgaria 2 years ago, and so, we sat at the airport upon departure for 10 hours, we were unloaded and "Adya", we suffered all this time at the airport, and no claims were accepted, the answer was - it was the fault of the transport company to them claims. And here the expectation was made as comfortable as possible and still bad. And flight delays are frequent and no operators are immune from this. We are satisfied with the rest and tour operator "Join Ap"!
