I was satisfied with the agency. Everything was fine. I was advised a better hotel than the one I originally chose. We had a 12-hour shift ahead, it was a holiday, so it didn't affect my vacation in any way. There were no issues with the transfer. We bought an excursion on a yacht, we were very pleased with it, we liked everything.
