All issues were resolved remotely. They always kept in touch, answered questions, quickly documented the tour. We had absolutely no transfers, everything was wonderful. We flew Sky Up, everything is clear, without delay, and they have a lot of flights. On-site excursions were offered, used. They even refused one and returned the money without any problems. Good agency.
