The staff are wonderful. There are no complaints about them at all. Why 50/50? Because of the airline with which the travel agency works.
We changed time a bunch of times. It's horrible. Because we flew from Kyiv, ourselves from the Dnieper. All leisure time is tied to work. Due to the change of time, I lost working days, which did not please my superiors very much.
+ I don’t like planes in this airline, because I’m afraid to fly ... 4 days after arrival, the plane we flew left the runway ... and it’s good that people weren’t hurt.
in short .... I think that I will not apply to Join Up again.
