Everything was good in servicing us at the agency. We bought a ticket to Egypt from them, and were completely satisfied with everything. Of course, there were some nuances in the hotel, but it does not all depend on the hotel itself, and even more so the agency. True, our flights were postponed, we took off for vacation later than planned, but this is not so critical. And so it's all good.
