Not everything was so smooth in the agency. We did most of the work on the tour ourselves. Yes, and when we were at the hotel, our guide did not suit us much, there were our own jambs. He didn’t sign us up for excursions, or something else. On the road, everything seemed to be fine with us, except perhaps only a slight delay, the departure was postponed for about an hour, but this is not critical. I would like better service, but it will do.
There are a lot of bookings during the season and as they say you can’t please everyone, so this is from this series. We bought a tour from us, we told everything, booked, sent a confirmation to the mail where it says that check-out is at 12.00 and they will pick them up from the hotel at 22.00 and take them to the airport, but tourists extort 10,000 UAH from us and blackmail us to the police in court, etc. for the fact that they ate with this money, they didn’t provide us with checks - now you can see where the FRAUDERS are !!!
В сезон много бронировок и как говорят всем не угодишь так вот это из этой серии. Купили тур у нас мы все рассказали, забронировали скинули подтверждение на почту где написано что выселение в 12.00 а заберут их с отеля в 22.00 и повезут в аэропорт, но туристы вымогают с нас 10000 грн и шантажируют что в милицию в суд и т д. за то что они поели на эти деньги, чеки не нам не предоставили - вот теперь видно где МОШЕНИКИ!!!
