An employee of the travel agency Angelina is very attentive, friendly, responsible. She explained everything in detail, sent a photo to the mobile phone with the correct filling of migration cards. Throughout our stay, she was interested in how we were doing and whether everything bothered us.
The change in departure time, due to weather conditions in Ukraine, was reported in advance, which made it possible not to sit in the hotel lobby while waiting for the transfer to the airport.
We are very pleased with Angelina's work. She is great in her field. Thank you so much for these workers. If we go on vacation again, we will definitely contact her.
