You should officially send a letter to the company, let them take action, otherwise it's just krakozyabry on the network. Application by registered mail with notification and let them give you a written answer about the measures taken. Вам стоит официально отправить письмо в компанию, пусть принимают меры, а так это просто кракозябры в сети. Заявление заказным письмом с уведомлением и пусть они вам письменно дадут ответ о принятых мерах.
