Arrived on 26 Dec 2016. The meeting party in Egypt showed itself not in the best way. 1. A man with a Joinup sign called everyone to his table and took 2 dollars more from each tourist visa without warning about it. In the same hall there was an opportunity to buy a visa without additional payment of $2/passport. 2. The guide at the hotel gave wrong information about the services at the hotel (he said that 1 bottle of water in the minibar is free, which turned out to be false), about the dinner schedule and invited him to a sightseeing tour of hurghada, which turned out to be mostly a visit to an oil shop and a souvenir shop . →

The tour was bought from Tui, it turned out to be Join Up. The flight was delayed for 2 hours, as reported at the beginning of registration. We spent the whole night at the airport. For seven days of the tour with excursions, they were deceived 3 times. 1 time free survey in Hurghada simply did not come, they did not answer the phones. 1 time deceived with the tour program - it did not match what was promised. →

We rested at the Makadi Spa Hotel from September 12 to 22, they robbed on the first day right before meeting with the guide in hot pursuit, the guide did NOT help, was even dissatisfied .... until he sold the excursions ... promised to sort it out .... they demanded to call the police .... did nothing .... we never saw him again ..... called and asked to forgive the thief . →
