Rested in Turkey on August 5-12, 2015 at Sunis Elita Beach Resort Hotel & SPA in Side. We have a rest with this operator for the first time. I was a little worried because I read negative reviews about JoynAp. We were pleasantly impressed by the well-organized work. Representatives of the tour operator in Turkey are a young team from Ukraine. The girls are fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish and English. Neatly dressed and combed, tactful, friendly. During the transfer, Kateryna and Yulia told interesting historical facts. Special thanks to JoanAp's representative at our Julia Hotel. She solved all issues quickly and professionally. She helped our 12-year-old son organize a family holiday. This is how a service should be! Keep it up, well done! Now we travel only with Joynap!
