there are no complaints about the organization of work, the meeting, excursions, accompaniment - everything is quite organized and of high quality, the only thing that upset the rest was the lack of congratulations to the child on his birthday, although I informed him of the date three times, the first time - during the purchase of the tour, the second - check in and the third one during the introductory meeting with the guide, it was also necessary to have the fourth one, on the name day (that would have been too much), but I wanted a surprise for the child, although I watched how other children were congratulated during dinner, with characteristic local singing from cheerful and good-natured waiters and of course the traditional cake with a candle from the chef of the restaurant, everything looked very nice. I had to tell the child that we came from another company. A surprise - the chef of a sushi restaurant in Soho made a child in the form of a gift sushi dish with a beautiful inscription, where we went to continue the holiday.
