I would not wish such a tour operator to my enemy
jion up, bought a tour for May 2018, 7 nights and 8 days, with an early booking and a surcharge of $ 20 for a guaranteed return evening departure at 19 hours. As a result, on the last evening we find out that our flight is at 2 am! 7 night and 8 day-blatantly stolen!!!! Neither persuasion nor threats to reschedule our flight had any effect on them. I ask everyone not to trust your vacation to join up! Upon arrival, I came to their main office in Kyiv with a written complaint and a demand to return the money for the day they stole from us, and in response I heard an offer - let's give you a thermo mug with the join up logo. Isn't that a mockery? And today I received a written response from them that there will be no compensation. I don’t understand how you can not value customers like that, because in the end with such behavior you can be left without tourists
