Flew with Join Up. they didn’t even think that tour operators could differ in something special - bought, sold and ready. It turned out that they can. The situation in which we found ourselves cannot be called otherwise than trash.
A tour to Turkey was purchased for 8 days, the tour was selected not least based on the convenient time of departure / arrival.
They were supposed to fly from Kyiv on May 22 at 08:00 by Bravo Airways. As a result, on May 21 at 23:11 we are informed that the plane has been rescheduled for 18:00!! Considering that we live 330 km from Kyiv, the information caught us in the evening at the railway station! As a result, the tickets disappeared, we went home to sleep. The next day we got to the Airport, and flew out at 19:15 (the delay was "only" 11 hours), by a completely different airline Jan Air. We got a day off.
The rest went well, but this is the merit of the hotel, but not Join Up. the guide who was supposed to help us just turned off the phone, and attempts to contact him were unsuccessful, the Turkish office of the company fed promises to the request to send another guide, but we never saw the guide!
Departure from the hotel was as magical as the check-in. The day before departure at 21:00, our flight was scheduled for 19:00 by Jan Air. In the folder with departures there was info on all tourists, except for Join Up. As a result, at 22:00 we were lucky to get through to the Turkish office, because. The guide went missing and never showed up. Oparator says our flight has been rescheduled for 11:00!! The airline is also a completely different Sky Up!! I had to urgently quickly pack my things, and again cut my vacation. We lost another day of rest. Tourists who flew the day before us received a notice about the rescheduled plane 3.5 hours before the plane's departure, so they flew to the airport by local taxi ...
The company does not make contact, does not want to hear about compensation. He removes questions and complaints from his Facebook page.
Love yourself, do not let yourself be mocked, and even for a lot of money!
